At present in Uzbekistan there are 5048 kindergartens, 4916 of which are managed by the state and 132 are private. Over 668.5 thousand children are brought up in these kindergartens, accounting for 26.5 percent of the total number of children aged 2-7 years. Over  pre-school teachers are employed at kindergartens.

Due to the fact that in recent years, nearly 1 million new jobs are being created every year in Uzbekistan, with most employees being women, the need arises to place the children in kindergartens.

One of the priorities of the election program of the presidential candidate of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan - Shavkat Mirziyoev, is the consistent implementation of the principle "Reforms are not for their own sake, but for the people" and strengthening of material and technical basis of pre-school education and care system is defined as an important vector of socially-oriented policy

In particular, it is planned to build, repair, overhaul and fully equip 2,200 state kindergartens for 1.109 million places.

The implementation of these measures, which are aimed at creating adequate conditions for full and harmonious development of our children will extend the children’s coverage by pre-school system  and ensure that kindergartens are provided with toys, new children's literature, teachers’ manuals, and technical means of education.

The well-being, physical health and spiritual development of children are crucial to the future of any country. The election program of UzLideP’s presidential candidate is aimed at improving the level and quality of their life and the well-being. We appeal to all our fellow citizens who care for the fate of the motherland, who are actively involved in social and political life of the country, to vote in the upcoming presidential election for UzLideP’s candidate Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev.
