Patient, an eight-year-old boy, died in one of the private clinics in Tashkent during an operation on Monday, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office said.
A week before the tragedy, the child underwent a medical examination in the same clinic. However, the boy died during a rhinoplasty operation.
A case has been opened under Improper performance of professional duties charge. Further qualification will require confrontations, lengthy and complex examinations and other investigative actions, the Prosecutor General's Office added.
