The cold weather in early November caused the trees to go dormant, but then, due to the extremely dry and hot weather, some species of fruit trees bloomed.

This is due to the extreme dryness of the soil. Usually, deciduous trees should enter the winter dormancy period with sufficient moisture in the soil. However, this was not the case this year: the dry soil caused severe stress to the deciduous trees, and the temperature above +15 degrees caused their buds to swell and bloom.

It is getting clear that dense areas with large agricultural areas will receive good rainfall between December 10 and 13. December is expected to be generally warm, with at least three or four wet air currents bringing precipitation in the second and third decades.
