Rare aircraft, the An-124-100M Ruslan cargo plane belonging to the Ukrainian Antonov Airlines, which took off from Urumqi Airport in China landed at Tashkent International Airport on Monday.

Uzbekistan Spotters Team posted photos of the huge plane on social media.

The plane has an inscription "Be Brave Like Kharkiv", praising the courage and bravery of the city of Kharkiv in its fight against Russian aggression.

The An-124 is a Soviet transport aircraft developed by the Antonov Design Bureau. It is the largest serially produced cargo aircraft in the world. The Ruslan is 69 m long, has a wingspan of 73 m, a load capacity of 120 tons, and a maximum speed of 865 km/h. The aircraft made its first flight on December 24, 1982 in Kiev. A total of 56 aircraft were manufactured.

The An-124 remains the leading aircraft for transporting large and heavy cargo, with a huge cargo cabin with a volume of 1050 m3. Its distinctive feature is the presence of nose and tail cargo hatches with a trapdoor, which allows loading cargo from both sides at the same time.
