Draft Uzbekistan-2030 strategy includes a set of steps aimed at providing convenient and efficient governmental services to the public, fully digitizing processes, and reducing excessive paperwork.
The item 370 of the draft strategy stipulates that Uzbekistan's will aim to join the Top 30 in the UN E-Government Development Rating. While, the item 371 aims to increase the ratio of governmental services provided online above 90 percent.
In order to improve appeal and their handling mechanisms, item 372 provides for the 100 percent implementing of the Public Oversight portal in each province. In addition, the item 373 sets the goal to bring the ratio of services provided exclusively through the Unified Interactive Governmental services Portal to 50 percent.
In particular, the item 374 sets the objective to increase the number of governmental services provided in a composite and proactive manner to at least 400.
In the digitization, the item 375 includes the task to digitize 25 million out of the existing 40 million documents, and the item 376 outlines the goal planned to increase the number of services connected to the Digital Government platform to 700, and to ensure that documents and relationships are in digital form.
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of services, the item 377 outlines the reduction of deadlines of more than 100 governmental services by 50 percent. In addition, the item 378 will seek to simplify the procedures for providing about 500 governmental services. Also, the item 379 aims to transfer 40 percent of governmental services to the private sector.
