The incident occurred in Tashkent’s Bektemir district. The man called 102 to report against Donald Trump for kidnapping the Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. When asked for his address, the man claimed to live in the White House.
His actions were deemed a violation of public order. He also failed to show to the police station for an investigation upon request. In court, the man pleaded guilty, confirming that he was drunk and did not remember calling 102. He also explained that he had not realized the potential consequences of his actions.
The man was found guilty under administrative charge - Knowingly making a false call to specialized services. He was fined 3 basic units (1.23 million soums, or $100).
