Number of foreign nationals who came to Uzbekistan for study in 2025 stood at 39.7 thousand people, rising by 58.2% higher to the same period last year. the National Statistics Committee said in a report.

- Turkmenistan - 9,349 people;
- Tajikistan - 2,904 people;
- Pakistan - 1,779 people;
- China - 1,428 people;
- South Korea - 917 people;
- Kyrgyzstan - 912 people;
- Egypt - 893 people;
- Philippines - 745 people;
- USA - 482 people;
From other countries - 3,011.
