The Uzbekistan national football team has announced its preparation roadmap for the 2026 World Cup, the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA) press service reported.

The White Wolves will begin preparations with a training camp in Tashkent from May 5 to 25, featuring a series of friendly matches against local clubs.

On May 26, the squad will fly from Tashkent to New York City, where they will have further training sessions from May 27 to 29.

In early June, Uzbekistan is scheduled to play two international friendlies:

  • June 1: Against Canada at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton;
  • June 8: Against the Netherlands at Icahn Stadium in New York.

The team will then transition to the World Cup group stage in mid-June, with the following match schedule:

  • June 17: Match against Colombia;
  • June 23: Match against Portugal;
  • June 27: Match against DR Congo.
