The administrative headquarters of the State Assets Management Agency has been put up for electronic auction. According to the E-auksion platform, the starting price for the property, located at 6 Amir Temur Avenue in the Mirabad district, is 165.5 billion soums, or nearly14 million USD.

The nine-story building and its extensions feature a total floor area of 11,008 square meters. The overall property footprint includes an adjacent 0.67-hectare land plot, which will be transferred to the buyer under a lease agreement rather than permanent ownership.

The facility is equipped with water, sewage, and electricity, though it lacks a gas connection.

The deadline for bidding applications closed at 9:00 AM on June 4. The auction was scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM the same day but was ultimately declared void due to a lack of valid bids.

Under the terms of the sale, the building will not be handed over to the buyer immediately. The agency has up to three years to vacate the premises—a timeline likely tied to the planned relocation of all government bodies to New Tashkent. The new owner will only gain full usage rights after the physical handover is complete.

Furthermore, the auction documentation stipulates that the buyer must preserve the property's designated zoning purpose in line with urban planning regulations, restricting its future use strictly to office spaces and service industries.
