On the afternoon of June 26, most of Uzbekistan will see partly cloudy skies with no precipitation. However, short-term showers and thunderstorms are possible in Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, according to Uzhydromet.

On June 27, brief showers and thunderstorms may occur only in isolated areas of the Tashkent region and across the Fergana Valley.

Unstable weather is expected in the northwestern regions on June 28. Rain will hit Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, with heavy downpours expected in some areas. The rest of the country will remain dry.

Winds will average 7–12 m/s, gusting up to 13–18 m/s in some areas. The northern and desert zones could see gusts reaching 20–22 m/s, bringing blowing dust to isolated districts.

Daytime temperatures across most regions will hover between +35°C and +40°C on Friday and through the weekend. On Sunday, temperatures will spike up to +42°C in some areas, and hit as high as +43°C to +44°C in the south. In Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, daytime highs will generally stay around +32°C to +37°C. However, northern Karakalpakstan will see a sharp drop on Sunday, with temperatures cooling down to +23°C to +28°C.

Foothill and mountainous areas will experience intermittent brief showers and thunderstorms, raising the risk of flash floods and mudflows.

Tashkent Weather Forecast:

Friday: Dry afternoon with highs between +37°C and +39°C.

Saturday: A brief shower and thunderstorm are possible. Daytime temperatures will range from +38°C and +40°C.

Sunday: No precipitation expected. Temperatures will climb to between +39°C and +41°C.

Nighttime temperatures in the capital will mostly hold steady at +23°C to +26°C. Easterly winds will blow at 3–8 m/s, occasionally picking up to 10–12 m/s, which may cause blowing dust in parts of the city.
