Kyrgyzstan exported a total of $3.2841 million worth of livestock between January and June 2026. According to the Kyrgyz Statistical Committee, cattle accounted for the bulk of those exports: over the six-month period, the country sold 14,823 head of cattle abroad for $3.1958 million, with Uzbekistan emerging as the leading buyer, 24.kg reported.

Uzbekistan has established itself as the dominant importer, purchasing nearly all of the livestock Kyrgyzstan sent abroad.
