Weather will be changeable across the country on Saturday, October 31, with rain possible in parts of the central and southern provinces and in the mountains, Uzhydromet said.
Rain is possible in some areas of Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya provinces. No precipitation is expected in Tashkent, Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, Navoi, Syrdarya, Andijan, Namangan or Ferghana.
Daytime temperatures will be warmest in Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya provinces, at 20-25 C, with nights at 8-13 C. In Tashkent, highs will be 20-22 C and lows 8-10 C.
The Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm province will be coolest of the lowland areas, with nighttime lows of 0-5 C, and as low as minus 2-3 C in some northern areas. Daytime highs there will be 15-20 C.
Easterly winds will blow across the country. Speeds will reach 7-12 meters per second in most provinces, 5-10 meters per second in Andijan, Namangan and Ferghana provinces, and 3-8 meters per second in Tashkent.

In the country’s foothills and mountainous areas, rain is possible in some places, turning to snow at high elevations. Fog may form in some areas at night and in the morning. Temperatures there will range from 0 to 5 C at night and from 11 to 16 C during the day.
