Two new stations, Turon and Kipchak, of the Tashkent metro’s elevated ring line today began operating in test mode (without passengers), the press service of the Tashkent metro said in a statement.
The construction of the stations is part of the phase II of the elevated ring line project.
“Additional information about the end of the test period and the start date of passenger service at the new stations will be provided based on the test results,” the statement concluded.
