President signed amendments and addenda to the State Duty Law. According to the amendments, when individuals apply to court against decisions, actions (omission) of local government bodies, executive authorities, other bodies authorized to carry out administrative and legal activities, local self-government bodies, their officials who violate their rights and legal interests, citizens shall be exempt from paying state duties.

In the event of a complete or partial refusal to satisfy the claims of these persons, a state duty shall be charged from them in proportion to the amount of the refusal to satisfy the claims.

In such cases, the state duty collected from citizens on the basis of applications shall be set at 70% of the Basic settlement unit (previously it was 1 BRV).

The amendments take effect on the day of its official publication.
