Aral Sea Eco Race will be held in the Muynak city on April 18 with an aim to promote protection of nature and the restoration of the Aral Sea, and to plant seedlings to create a garden.

According to Dunyo, the total distance of the eco-run is 2 kilometers. Participants run 1 km from the starting point to the tree planting site. At the planting site, participants will have to plant trees and afterwards, the participants will go back to the starting line. At the finish line, each participant receives a medal in the form of a symbolic tree for their participation in the nature restoration project.

A unique chip is attached to each participant's number, which records the fact of planting a tree.

The three fastest men and three women will be offered awards after the race.
