The Deputy Foreign Minister Olim Abdullaev hosted the Swedish Minister of Migration Johan Forssell, the Foreign Ministry said.
Reportedly, the Minister Forssell highly valued Uzbekistan’s reform program and commended the positive trend in bilateral relations.
During the meeting, the parties exchange views in detail on labor migration, the sealed intergovernmental treaty on mobility and readmission, visa simplification, and countering illegal migration.
They voiced their reciprocal readiness to enhance cooperation and implement joint projects.
