The parties discussed pressing issues related to the further expansion of Uzbek-Saudi multifaceted cooperation and a full-scale partnership in the context of the practical implementation of high-level agreements.
They commended the dynamic development of bilateral ties, notably the stepped up contacts at all levels, growing trade, direct investment figures, and the number of joint ventures.
The portfolio of joint projects has reached $27 billion. While, ACWA Power is implementing a number of major energy projects worth $15 billion.
The sides highly valued the fruitful outcomes of the regular meetings of the Intergovernmental Commission and the Business Council, held yesterday in Tashkent, as newly signed contracts.
