A mudflow struck Kyzylkum village in Farish district of Jizzakh province at 4:53 a.m. on February 14, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
Caused by heavy rainfall, the mudslide reportedly flooded yards and gardens of approximately 30 houses on Erali Street. The Ministry deployed the necessary forces and equipment to mitigate the damage. There were no casualties, the report stated.
The situation is fully under control of the provincial emergency management department, the Ministry of Emergency Situations concluded.
