As of January 1, 2019, the representative of Tajikistan, Jumahon Giyosov will be in charge of the Executive Committee of the Regional Antiterrorist Structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
In 2017–2018, he served as Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO, and previously held senior positions in the State Committee for National Security and the Committee on Religious Affairs of Tajikistan.
In 2016–2018, the Director of the RATS SCO Executive Committee was the representative of the Russian Federation, Yevgeny Sysoev.
