President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will make a working visit to Türkiye on Oct. 29-30 at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the presidential press service said.
Mirziyoyev will take part in the latest summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Ankara, held under the theme “Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought and Action.”
The summit will consider ways to expand and strengthen cooperation within the organization, chiefly in trade and the economy, investment, transport and logistics, and cultural and humanitarian exchange, as well as in tourism, the environment and education.
The heads of delegations will also discuss the international and regional agendas.
The summit is expected to adopt the Ankara Declaration and a number of joint decisions and documents aimed at deepening partnership among the organization’s member states.
