Turkish Rönesans Holding will build a copper processing plant and a complex for production of rolled metal in Tashkent province.

This became known following the talks between the president Shavkat Mirziyoyev and a delegation of Rönesans Holding, led by the company president Erman Ilıcak.

The Turkish company is now reportedly drafting construction projects for a modern copper processing plant with an annual 60 million-ton design capacity and an industrial complex for production of rolled metal with 1 million-ton annual capacity. The total cost of the two projects is over US$ 2 billion.

Representatives of Renaissance Holding also held a presentation of project proposals for high-end multidisciplinary clinics in Tashkent, Samarkand and Ferghana.

In addition, the parties reportedly reviewed opportunities of cooperation on reconstruction of important social facilities, cooperation in the field of engineering, design and construction.
