Russia has emerged as the top buyer of Uzbek goods, leading a trade surge that spans across Asia and Europe. According to the latest report from the National Statistics Committee, a small group of core partners bought the vast majority of Uzbekistan's outbound trade during the first seven months of the year.

Russia anchored this trade activity, purchasing $2.8 billion worth of Uzbek goods between January and July. China held steady as the second-largest buyer at $1.7 billion, while Afghanistan rounded out the top three at $1.1 billion.

Together, the top 10 destinations accounted for more than 50 percent of Uzbekistan's total exports. T
