On July 6, Chairman of Uzbekneftegaz Mehriddin Abdullaev and President of South Korean company SK Engineering & Construction Jason Ann signed the engineering services agreement, providing for the development of a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to modernize the Bukhara oil refinery.
