Click, a leading fintech company in Uzbekistan, has launched a new system bringing Apple Pay to customers using Click’s payment page, offering a safer, more secure and private way to pay.

When making a purchase on a Click partner’s website with Apple Pay enabled, customers can now select Apple Pay on Click’s payment page, without having to manually enter card details. Every Apple Pay purchase is secure because it is authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passcode, as well as a one-time unique dynamic security code. On Click’s payment page, Apple Pay is available for payments made with supported Visa and Mastercard cards that have been added to Apple Wallet.

Businesses can enable Apple Pay through their existing Click integration system, without a separate technical connection to Apple. To get started, businesses can submit a request. Once activated, Apple Pay appears among the payment methods on Click’s payment page.

“We wanted to make enabling Apple Pay as simple as possible for both users and businesses. Partners do not need to turn the launch of a new payment method into a separate technical project — Click takes care of that part,” said Ulugbek Rustamov, CEO and co-founder of Click.

Customers can also use Apple Pay on iPhone, iPad and Mac to make faster and more convenient purchases in apps, as well as on the web in Safari without having to create accounts or repeatedly type in shipping and billing information. Apple Pay can also be used in apps on Apple Watch.

Security and privacy are at the core of Apple Pay. When customers use a credit or debit card with Apple Pay, the actual card numbers are neither stored on the device nor on Apple servers. Instead, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored in the Secure Element, an industry-standard, certified chip designed to store the payment information safely on a device.

Apple Pay is easy to set up. On iPhone, simply open the Wallet app, tap +, and follow the steps to add a supported Visa or Mastercard card. Once a customer adds a card to iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac, they can start using Apple Pay on that device right away. Customers will continue to receive all of the rewards and benefits offered by their card issuer.
