The volume of money remittances to Uzbekistan in January-October 2020 topped US$ 4.88 billion. This is by US$ 148 million less to the same period last year, the Central Bank said in a report.
After a sharp drop in March-April, the remittances rose sharply in April, and in the summer it showed better dynamics compared to last year's data.
This year, the volume of money remittances from Uzbekistan reached US$ 934 million, which is more than last year by US$ 67 million, or 8%.
