The Central Bank at the board meeting decided to keep the interest rate at 15% per annum, the press service of the regulator said.

In addition, the meeting approved the Conceptual Draft of the Main Areas of Monetary Policy for 2023 and 2024-2025.

More detailed information will be published following the results of the press conference of the Central Bank on October 27.

The meeting was supposed to be held on October 20, however, due to the fact that the regulator expected the publication of updated macroeconomic figures of international organizations in the second half of October, it was decided to postpone the meeting for a week.

The 15%rate was set in July, then it was decreased from the 16% approved in June. In mid-March, for the first time since 2018, it was increased, and immediately by 3% - from 14 to 17%.
