Reach Impex LLC applied to the Ministry of Justice to register the McDonald's trademark in Uzbekistan. According to the Ministry's intellectual property portal, two applications were registered on March 11.
Reach Impex was registered on April 19, 2022, with authorized capital at 211 million soums.
The owners are Bahodir Usmanov (60 percent) and Abror Abdujabbarov (40 percent).
Bahodir Usmanov Burhonovich's last name and first name are the same as the last name and first name of the Uzbek-native Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov.
Reach Impex also owns the Kroshka-Kartoshka (Russian fast food chain) trademark in Uzbekistan.
