Driver on a GM Damas minivan was stopped while he was transporting 23 kindergarten children being intoxicated in Navoi province, the provincial police department said.
The incident occurred on September 15 in Navbahor district of Navoi province Monday. The check found that there were 23 children and 2 nursery teachers in the cabin of the vehicle.
The alcohol test identified that the man was drunk. He also did not have a driver's license.
"I was tired the day before, so I drank some beer," the driver said.
With appropriate measures taken against him, the vehicle was placed in a penalty area.
