In Akkurgan district of Tashkent province, a 16-year-old teenager was detained on suspicion of killing his mother, the press secretary of the Prosecutor General's Office Khayot Shamsutdinov said.
According to the Office, the incident occurred on July 31 at about 21:00. Presumably because of a family conflict, the teenager called two teen friends and killed his mother with them. The woman's corpse was buried in the basement of the house.
A criminal case has been launched under Premeditated murder charge of the Criminal Code. The suspects have been detained.
