An explosion occurred on February 23 at 16:30 at ammonia refining facility located in FerghanaAzot plant of Fergana province when repair and installation works were taking place, a statement of the Emergency Situations Ministry said. There were fatalities confirmed, but their estimated number was not disclosed.
