Today as part of his travel to China, the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the CEOs of major Chinese companies. In the meeting were present the CEOs of China Gold, China Coal Resources, China Datang Corporation, Tianjin Rail Transit Group, Poly Changda, Tianjin Urban Construction, Jinchuan Group, China Synfuels, Jinchuan, ST Wonderful, Mizuda, World Agriculture, Dongzhu Ecology and other companies.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev underscored that the interest of Chinese business in Uzbekistan had never been so high. Last year alone, the volume of investments surpassed the $10 billion mark.
The parties explored the perspectives for implementing projects in the energy, geology, agriculture and water management, chemistry, the jewelry industry, modernization of public transport, infrastructure development and tourism.
