Feruz Parmonov, a Poytaxt Parking paid parking inspector died after being struck by a car in Tashkent's Yunusabad district on November 28, the company said in a statement.
The man was at work on Abdulla Kadiri Street when, at approximately 11:10 a.m., the driver of an GM Onix struck him, then rammed two cars—a Nexia 3 and a Cobalt—before driving into a green zone. His injuries were fatal.
The Investigative Department of the Tashkent Police Department has opened a criminal case under Violation of traffic safety regulations resulting in death charge.
The company is in constant contact with the relevant authorities and is in full cooperation with the investigation, aimed at objectively determining the degree of guilt of the driver, Poytaxt Parking added.

These claims are misleading and constitute an attempt to exploit a human tragedy."
