From March 3 to 5, 2026, the fifth International Specialized Exhibition AGROPRO EXPO 2026 is being held at the international exhibition complex SOF EXPO Samarkand. The event has already established itself as one of the key professional platforms for the agricultural sector of Central Asia.
Amid the ongoing transformation of regional agriculture, the exhibition is becoming more than just an exposition space — it is a strategic development tool where partnerships are formed, investment decisions are discussed, and future technologies are introduced.
Agricultural Sector of Uzbekistan: The Foundation of Sustainable Growth
Today, Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector generates more than USD 25 billion annually. Notably, 90.3% of production comes from the non-state sector, reflecting strong entrepreneurial activity and market flexibility.
The country is home to more than 85,000 farms cultivating over 4 million hectares of agricultural land. The establishment of 468 agro-clusters by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan has marked an important stage in the systematic modernization of the industry — from vegetable and grain production to cotton growing and processing.
Within this dynamic environment, AGROPRO EXPO serves as a vital link connecting production, technology, and investment.
Exhibition Showcase: Technologies Shaping Tomorrow
AGROPRO EXPO 2026 presents a wide range of solutions for the agro-industrial complex, including:
- Modern agricultural technologies for farms
- Agricultural machinery and automated systems
- Irrigation equipment (drip, reel, and pivot systems)
- Seeds, agrochemicals, and laboratory equipment
- Storage and logistics solutions
- Technologies for livestock and poultry farming

In 2025, the exhibition brought together more than 140 exhibiting companies and attracted over 4,500 professional visitors from Uzbekistan, CIS countries, and Central Asia. In 2026, more than 5,000 specialists are expected, along with expanded participation from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
International Dialogue: The Voice of Producers
Technologies for Livestock Farming: The Experience of “Salutem”
Among the exhibitors is Salutem LLC, a company specializing in the development of equipment for calf rearing.
Natalia Krugley, Director of the company, emphasizes that their philosophy is based on adapting technologies to real operating conditions:
“We do not simply manufacture equipment — we create solutions tested with regard to climatic factors, animal housing specifics, and staff operations. Reliability and stability in calf rearing are critically important, as mistakes at this stage may lead to serious economic losses.”
Some of the company’s developments are patented, and certain solutions have no analogues on the market. The company operates in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Baltic states, Moldova, Bulgaria, and Hungary. Interest has also been shown by partners from Israel and African countries.

Today, the company views Uzbekistan as a promising market:
“There is a growing understanding in the country of the importance of industrial calf rearing as the foundation of dairy livestock farming. We are interested in finding reliable partners and dealers and plan to build long-term cooperation.”
Natalia Krugley also highlights professional commitment:
“Success in agribusiness is built on a systematic approach and attention to detail. When a person truly loves their work, they strive for continuous improvement — and this becomes the foundation of sustainable development.”
Mineral Nutrition and Yield Efficiency: The Position of Fertika JSC
The agrochemical segment of the exhibition is represented by Fertika JSC, a producer of mineral and water-soluble fertilizers.
Regional representative Marat Kadyrov notes that the company’s products are used both in open fields and greenhouse farms, including drip irrigation systems:
“Our main objective is to increase crop cultivation efficiency and boost yields. We focus on technological advancement and practical results.”
Today, the company’s products are represented in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Belarus. As part of AGROPRO EXPO, the company is actively seeking partners in Uzbekistan to build an effective distribution network.

According to the representative, the business atmosphere of the exhibition is a key advantage:
“We were pleasantly surprised by the openness and goodwill of the participants. This creates favorable conditions for establishing contacts and launching new projects.”
His advice to young agricultural entrepreneurs is pragmatic:
“One should not focus solely on price. The quality of solutions ultimately determines the sustainability and profitability of a business.”

Business Program: From Negotiations to Investment
AGROPRO EXPO 2026 features an extensive business program:
- Presentation sessions and thematic panels
- B2B meetings with international partners
- Strategic discussions on the development of agro-industrial markets
- Expert interviews and round tables

In essence, the exhibition contributes to the formation of a regional agricultural hub, where producers, suppliers, investors, and government institutions are building a new architecture of cooperation.
The Exhibition as a Tool for Competitiveness
In the context of global competition, the agricultural sector requires technological modernization, digitalization, and integration into international supply chains. AGROPRO EXPO acts as a catalyst for these processes.
For Uzbekistan, where agriculture is a strategic industry, such platforms become not only showcases of achievements but also mechanisms for accelerated modernization.

The growing number of international participants, the expansion of technological solutions, and the active engagement of producers confirm that Central Asia is gradually becoming a significant player on the global agricultural map.
AGROPRO EXPO 2026 is not just an exhibition. It is a space where the future of regional agriculture is being shaped.
