Mostly clear, sunny skies and dry weather are expected across most of Uzbekistan over the weekend. However, brief showers and thunderstorms are possible in isolated mountainous provinces.
According to Uzhydromet, temperatures will gradually climb, reaching +36°C to +39°C by Sunday. In the northern, southern, and desert zones, highs could soar to between +40°C and +42°C.
Winds are projected to pick up in the north and desert areas, reaching speeds of 13 to 18 meters per second, which may trigger localized dust storms.
Additionally, on July 24, there is a risk of flash floods and mudslides in the foothills and mountainous parts of the Tashkent, Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana provinces.
In Tashkent city, the weather will remain mostly clear with no precipitation. Friday daytime temperatures will hover around +34°C to +36°C. On Saturday, expect overnight lows of +21°C to +23°C and daytime highs of +35°C to +37°C. Sunday will bring temperatures of +22°C to +24°C at night, rising to +36°C to +38°C during the day. Winds will blow from the east at a gentle 3 to 8 meters per second.
