11.7 million foreign tourists visited Uzbekistan in 2025, the National Statistics Committee said in a report. Reportedly, this is a historic high and a clear testimony of Uzbekistan’s attractiveness as a tourist destination.
Compared to 2024, the tourists inflow increased by 3.7 million people, or 46.8%. Significant growth was due to a complex of measures aimed at developing tourism infrastructure, liberalize the visa regime, expand international air traffic, and actively promote Uzbekistan's tourism potential abroad.
