Sea Breeze Uzbekistan has been registered as a legal entity in Uzbekistan following the government's Measures to create the Sea Breeze resort on the coast of the Charvak reservoir in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent province Resolution.
As reported earlier, the Government Commission on Investment Attraction, Industrial Development and Trade Regulation has chosen Sea Breeze Uzbekistan, founded by, among others, Azerbaijan's Agalarov Development, as the winner of the call for proposals for the implementation of the project on of 577 hectares.
The company was registered as a joint venture on August 4, three days after the government Resolution was issued.
According to the Unified State Register of Rights, Sea Breeze Uzbekistan was registered on August 4, 2025 in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent province. The Director is Sardor Khamidov.
The owners are Agalarov Development with a 50% stake, as well as Ulugbek Makhmudov (50%). He also owns shares in Sunshine Investment, New Time-Projects and Breeze Development. Previously, he also worked as deputy chairman of the Uzbekozikovkatzakhira association.
