A fire broke out at a gas filling station in the Oltindala neighborhood of Kukdala district of Kashkadarya province, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
Reportedly, the incident occurred on August 5 at 22:20 while the transfer of liquefied propane from a tanker to a storage tank.
Five fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene at 22:22, and extinguished it at 22:50.
One tanker and a 10-cubic-meter propane storage tank were damaged in the fire. The driver of the tanker received minor burns.
The chief of the provincial and district departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for the scene of the incident. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
Earlier, on July 16, an explosion with a fire occurred in a fuel storage tank in the same neighborhood, as a result of which four people died.
