President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan from July 30 to August 1, the presidential press service announced.
During their talks, the two leaders will discuss trade, joint industrial initiatives, transportation connectivity, and cultural ties between their nations. They will also address regional and international issues. A series of bilateral agreements are expected to be signed at the conclusion of the meeting.
As part of the itinerary, President Mirziyoyev will travel to Lake Issyk-Kul to attend the Central Asia+Azerbaijan Summit, alongside other scheduled events.
Azerbaijan became a full participant in the Summit at the seventh Summit in Tashkent in November 2025.
President Mirziyoyev last made a state visit to Kyrgyzstan on January 26–27, 2023, during which both nations upgraded ties to comprehensive strategic partnership.
